Make sure the mini keg is chilled. Open the top air vent by switching from position 1 to 2, releasing some gas pressure.
Pull open the spout at the bottom and away you pour! Once you have poured your pint, close the top air vent in between pints by moving from position 2 to 1, enjoy!
Drink within 24 hours for best quality.
