Wild Bullace and Quince – 29.8% abv Made with Suffolk quince and bullace foraged from the hedgerows of East Anglia. The little known bullace is a variety of plum, and quince belongs to the same family as apples and pears. It’s a cracking little digestif served over ice and will certainly liven up a champagne cocktail, but our favourite is with a splash of ginger. Zesty Elderflower – 29.8% abv For many foragers, elderflower is the jewel in the crown. True to form, we only use homegrown and local wild elderflower giving this luscious liqueur citrus notes and a zingy flavour. Best appreciated ice-cold with pudding, or serve with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and an apple slice for an invigorating cocktail.
