Shed Five Thirty Reserve Chardonnay 75cl

The aroma profile is driven by white flesh peach, vanilla, ripe mandarin and lemon zest.  A hint of caramel from the malo-lactic ferment is also present.  The wine has good richness on the palate and a persistence afforded by the light acid.

Food Match: Enjoy with roast chicken, fish and chips, oysters or a white sauce-based pasta or risotto.
