Aromas of honey, vanilla, homemade jam, stewed apples, candied orange, cinnamon, balsamic raisins and black pepper fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramelised hazelnuts, ground cinnamon, raisins, orange peel, sea salt and honey throughout the palate.
