Oddbird Low Intervention Alsace is a natural wine from North Alsace in France. The vineyards are located on steep sun exposed slopes, which gives a certain character to the vines and a wine with a complex flavour and aroma. The grapes are a blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling, that are selected with care and picked all by hand. The area’s unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process, create a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. The Riesling notes are complemented with the roundness given by the other two varieties.
