ON THE NOSE: Hints of fresh white flowers evolve toward notes of pastry, punctuated with nuances of fresh walnut, hazelnut & rusk. Notes of just-ripe fruits, aromas of pear, white peach & nectarine.
ON THE PALATE: The initial sweetness gives way to a more acidic structure which extends to create a final note of tanginess with a hint of iodine underscored by a nuance of pink grapefruit.
