ON THE EYES: Light golden yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles.
ON THE NOSE: Autumnal notes of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, honey and nougat evolve towards more concentrated fruits of preserved lemons and ripe nectarine.
ON THE PALATE: Energetic yet refined with a delicate acidity and a pleasant hint of white grapefruit bitterness on the finish.
