Matured for 18 to 20 months in French oak the EQ Syrah is a deep, dark violet in colour displaying bold black fruit aromas with scents of violets, spices and black pepper. The palate shows a perfect balance of fresh, vibrant acidity and a smooth and elegant texture. Once decanted and aerated the wine’s aromas will open up, expressing further its complexity and intensity.
