This speciality Sicilian Limoncello is crafted from an infusion of alcohol, sugar, water and lemon peel; blended with freshly squeezed Italian lemon juice across the course of 3 weeks to enrich and develop sugary sweet tones of lemon- simply divine. 

My Limoncello reaches its optimum taste when drank chilled, especially as a digestif liqueur to finish off a meal. Alternatively, this liqueur is also ideal for desserts- try a dash in a sorbet, limoncello panettone, or sherbet lemons trifle.
