Veneto is located between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, famous for its Prosecco and Glera grapes. Freixenet Prosecco is made by the Charmat Method which takes a still base wine which is then placed into an autoclave with the liqueur de tirage. The second fermentation which then takes place in the tank creates the bubbles in the wine.
