In order to achieve a fresh crisp style, selected yeasts to promote aromatic character were used and selected parcels underwent lees stirring to build palate weight and add mouthfeel. This vegan friendly Chardonnay is fresh, balanced and elegant with white peach, pear and hints of citrus flavours. Perfect with roast chicken, salmon or creamy pasta sauces.
