Skilful winemaking unleashes the potential of these grapes and produces the Cederberg Sauvignon Blanc, a punchy wine with gooseberries, asparagus and a hint of melon on the nose. A rigid acidity lifts the wine and makes it the perfect accompaniment to shellfish.
