Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky near the mighty Ohio River. Inspired by the distilling heritage and the skill of the craftsmen involved and named after the cooper’s saw used to cut the heads of whiskey barrels. Using a 21% high rye mash bill, it is aged for over 3 years in new #4 char American oak barrels before bottling. Best served neat or with premium ginger ale and a lime wedge.
Tasting note: Sweet toasted oak aroma with mellow flavours of vanilla and honey with a spicy rye backbone to finish.
