The harvest
Vintage 1993 is the product of early ripening. The warm, stormy spring prompted the vines to flower rapidly and fully in the early days of June. In spite of an average temperature, the summer was unusually sunny and dry, and these conditions continued through to the picking of the grapes: September 10th.
